Vicari Srl manufactures single cylinders as well as small and medium series with CNC machines.
The agility of our structure allows us to answer urgent enquiries. We overhaul and repair every kind of cylinders, also those produced by other manufacturer.
The calibration of our measuring tool is certified by laboratories recognized by the Italian Calibration Service (SIT).
Thanks to the close cooperation with our suppliers, we are able to build also cylinders made of special materials (such as AISI 329, AISI 304, AISI 316, S355J2H etc…) that may be supplied together with its inspection certificate 3.1.B EN 10204.
Vicari then meets any need for surface treatment such as ceramic coating, chrome plating, nickel-plating, TENIFER® treatment, sand blasting, tempering, carburizing and galvanizing.
We manufacture plunger cylinders, double acting cylinders, welded or seamless cylinders, bolted cylinders, tie rod cylinders, swinging cylinders, single or double acting telescopic cylinders. Our range includes bores from diameter 40 mm up to 500 mm within a max. stroke of 6000 mm. Our production is focused on small series and prototypes.
Welding is one of the most important step to obtain the best quality standard. This is carried out manually or semi-automatically by a trained and experienced staff.
Vicari welding department is certified by RINA .
On customer demand, third parties may carry out ultrasonic test and magnetoscopic examination on welding.
Mounting is carried out only manually by our experienced staff, that attentively checks every component, thus assuring the best quality of our product.
A code is punched on every cylinder to allow its traceability.
The testing area consists of a fixed station for tests up to 300 Bar and a movable workspace for tests up to 500 Bar. These are both certified, thus allowing the issue of ACCEPTANCE TESTS UNI ISO 10100:2005.
On customer demand, we carry out painting. In our facilities we deal also with special painting for marine environment, issuing painting reports with painting thickness measurement.
